Wi-Fi network names and passwords are case-sensitive. Please check all capital letters, spaces, numbers and symbols carefully before submitting your details.

Personalised information and the QR code will be created using the details supplied and cannot be changed once production has begun.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the supplied Wi-Fi details are accurate and current.

Each sign is individually made to order. Natural variations in wood grain, stain tone and engraving colour are part of the character of the material and mean that no two signs will be completely identical.

Production time is approximately 2–3 working days before shipping.
