Shipping policy

Hillcraft products are made and dispatched from Ireland.

Many of our products are personalised or made to order, so please allow for both production time and delivery time when placing an order.

Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product ordered.

The estimated production time shown on each product page applies before the order is handed to the delivery carrier.

Most standard personalised Hillcraft products are normally produced within approximately 2–3 working days.

Bespoke Custom Trophies and other individually designed commissions may require approximately 3–5 working days, or another timeframe stated on the relevant product page.

During particularly busy periods or where an order requires additional work, production may occasionally take longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay, Hillcraft will contact you using the details supplied with your order.

Delivery Charges

Available delivery options and the applicable cost are shown at checkout before payment.

Free standard delivery is available on qualifying orders over €70, where shown at checkout.

Any delivery restrictions applicable to your destination will also be shown during checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after production has been completed and the order has been dispatched.

Carrier delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless Hillcraft has expressly agreed a specific delivery date with you.

If you need an order for a particular event, competition, birthday or other fixed date, please allow sufficient time for both production and delivery.

Order Dispatch

When your order has been completed and dispatched, you may receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information where tracking is available for the delivery service used.

Orders containing several products may be held until the complete order is ready to ship unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Hillcraft cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

If an incorrect or incomplete address supplied with the order results in a parcel being returned, delayed or requiring redelivery, additional delivery charges may apply where appropriate.

If you notice an error in your address, contact info@hillcraft.ie as soon as possible.

Delayed Deliveries

Occasional carrier delays can occur after dispatch.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact info@hillcraft.ie with your order number and Hillcraft will investigate the delivery.

Where goods are not delivered within the agreed period, your rights under applicable consumer law continue to apply.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by Irish consumer law.

Lost Orders

Where Hillcraft arranges delivery, the order remains Hillcraft's responsibility until it is delivered to you or to another person you have nominated to receive it.

If a parcel appears to have been lost in transit, contact info@hillcraft.ie.

Hillcraft will investigate the delivery with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged Orders

If an item arrives damaged, please contact info@hillcraft.ie as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where possible. Photographs can help us resolve the issue with the carrier quickly.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any request for photographs or packaging.

Orders Required by a Particular Date

If receiving an order by a particular date is essential, please contact Hillcraft before ordering or clearly communicate this before the order is accepted.

A normal estimated delivery date should not be treated as a guaranteed event date unless Hillcraft has specifically agreed to it.

Collection

Collection is only available where specifically offered or agreed in advance.

Please do not travel to a Hillcraft address to collect an order unless collection has been confirmed.
