This personalised hexagonal photo lamp combines three custom picture panels with three intricate Gothic-inspired wooden panels. When switched off, each photograph appears as a softly sculpted white relief. Once illuminated, light passes through the varying depths of the panel to reveal the image in striking detail.

Designed and handmade by Hillcraft, each lamp is individually prepared using your chosen photographs. It makes a distinctive family keepsake, memorial piece, wedding or anniversary gift, pet tribute, or decorative lamp for the home.

How to order

1. Upload three photographs using the personalisation options on this page.
2. Add any important cropping instructions in the order-notes box.
3. Each photograph will be prepared specifically for one of the lamp’s three picture panels.
4. Your finished lamp will be assembled, illuminated and checked before dispatch.

Choosing your photographs

Clear, well-lit photographs with a recognisable main subject produce the strongest results. Portraits, family photographs, pets, wedding pictures and images of meaningful places can all work well.

Please upload the highest-quality original images available. Screenshots, heavily compressed social-media images, strong blur and very dark photographs may contain less usable detail.

The picture panels have a tall portrait shape, so some cropping may be required. Keep important faces and subjects away from the extreme edges of the original photograph where possible.

Handmade character

Natural variations in wood grain, colour and finish are part of the character of each handmade lamp. Fine relief layers are intentionally visible on the white picture panels when unlit, as these changing depths create the illuminated photograph.

This is a decorative ambient lamp rather than a primary source of room lighting.
